Yes. Every set is sourced from the brand or from its authorized retail partners and arrives new and factory-sealed, in its original LEGO box. Brand names on the site identify the products; Brickraft is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the LEGO Group.
Yes. We only sell new, factory-sealed sets: never opened, never built, with every bag and the instructions inside the original box.
Brickraft sells LEGO overstock: sets left over in retailers' stockrooms. The whole story is on our overstock.
For sets LEGO still sells, the official LEGO US price on LEGO.com. For retired sets, which LEGO no longer sells, the market value of a new, sealed copy, with its source and the date we read it. Both are on each product page.
LEGO has stopped making the set and it is no longer sold on LEGO.com. "Retiring soon" means LEGO has announced the set is leaving its shelves. See retired sets.
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days from your order and is free on orders over $79. Express takes 3–5 business days, with the cost shown at checkout before you pay.

Each set ships in its original LEGO box. If it is a gift, order with time to spare: the dates above are the last ones for Wednesday, December 23.
By email as soon as your order ships, usually within 2 business days of ordering. Carriers can take up to 24 hours to activate it. More on track your order.
That is normal. Sets from the same order can ship separately, with their own tracking numbers, and arrive on different days. Nothing is missing.
If it has not shipped yet, yes: email support@brickraftofc.com with your order number right away. Once it is on its way, the 30-day refund window takes over.
No. Brickraft does not operate returns: there is no return address and no return label. When a refund is approved you keep the set and the money comes back either way.

Every set has a 90-day Brickraft warranty against missing or defective pieces. Email us the set number and the bag number, and see warranty.
No duties: prices include any import duties for delivery within the United States. State sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you pay.
The cards and wallets shown at checkout. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Payments run over an encrypted connection and Brickraft never sees or stores your full card number.
